Leather soft cleaner is a water based cleaner that can be used on leather types A and P (more information).  This is a mild cleaner that will not affect the original properties or finish of the leather.

Leather soft cleaner will clean soiled as well as water based stains.  Most cleaners contain solvents like alcohol or mineral spirits and will definitely clean the leather, but will also attack either the finish or dry the leather out.

Leather soft cleaner is solvent free and works without removing the finish or harming the leather.  The only time that the leather soft cleaner could remove the colour or change your leather is when the leather is not colourfast to any type of liquid.

• You can test this by wetting a soft cloth with distilled or purified water and wiping the leather.  If the colour comes off onto the cloth then the leather is not colourfast and ANY product used on the leather will remove the colour.
